Our team in Miami has been working tirelessly to inspect and clear our facility for re-opening, however we are still without power and internet service. Florida Power & Light is unable to provide updates to individual customers on the timeframe for restoration of power.
As a result, we do not expect to be able to resume production or shipping services in Miami through the balance of this week. We are, however, working to get customer service teams operational in alternate locations in order to begin working through order communications and processing.
We apologize for the continued disruption in service and assure you that we are working diligently to be fully operational as soon as possible.
