West Jordan, UT – March 15, 2018 – Over the past several years, SnugZ USA has experienced tremendous growth in employees, orders and product offerings. Several key positions were necessary to prepare for that future growth and strategic direction of the company. Key roles and promotions recently filled were:
Justin Gukeisen – Chief Operations Officer
Recently Vice President of Manufacturing who has been with SnugZ for 2 years and has been influential in process improvement and manufacturing excellence. He will now oversee all of the processes of SnugZ from Order Entry, Art, Manufacturing and Shipping.
Rosanne Webster – Chief Information Officer
Formerly the Chief Operations Officer who has been with SnugZ 13+ years will now turn her attention to the technology side of the business to help lead and develop the software and processes needed to compete moving forward.
Brandon Brown – Vice President of Marketing
Recently Director of Marketing who has been with SnugZ almost 10 years will continue to lead the award winning Marketing department along with overseeing new Product Development.
Chris Culley – Director of Research & Development
Was Director of Lanyard Manufacturing brings 14+ years of manufacturing experience to the product development side of the business to help test and vet all new ideas along with helping process existing product offerings.
Katy Burum – Inside Sales Manager
For the past 15 years, Katy has worked various positions at SnugZ, most recently a National Sales Executive has now been promoted to lead the internal sales team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to help develop and mentor the future sales team members.
Sydra Newell – Business Development Manager
Sydra has been instrumental in the success of SnugZ over the 12+ years. Most recently she has spent her time and talents managing the outside reps, multi-line reps and several sales accounts. Her new endeavor will focus her attention ton business development and servicing online accounts.
Kathy DiFrancesco – Outside Sales Manager
Kathy will now turn her focus to our outside sales team and multi-line reps to guide and mentor them to ensure their growth and success moving forward. She recently served as Strategic Accounts Manager and has previously been heavily involved in new product development and outside sales in her 6+ years with SnugZ.
