Hanover, PA – Quinn, the best rated supplier of banners, flags and displays in promotional products, announces that customer service specialist Marianne Taylor was selected as one of the industry’s Service Heroes for 2019 by PPB Magazine.
Taylor was one of 15 winners from 74 customer service pros who were nominated.
Wendy Schwab, Quinn Customer Service supervisor, wrote in her nomination, “Marianne asks great questions when an order is received to help troubleshoot before the order goes to production. Questions like, “How will this look…,” “Should we have a pre-pro sample made, a picture of the finished product for approval before full production…,” “Does the customer know or understand…” help the orders to process smoothly. Even the insight of “I am not sure about this one” gives her the upper hand in preventing problems.”
Her accolades were echoed by not one, but three customers who – without asking – openly praised Marianne for intervention in making super-tight deadlines, even during the holidays. As Charlotte Turner, a Texas distributor wrote, “She is the ultimate professional – so kind and competent, and a great problem-solver. Her service is beyond excellent.”
President and CEO Matt Quinn was especially proud that her honor came during Quinn’s 25th Anniversary year in business. He said, “It was difficult nominating just one of our superheroes team for this award, because they are all THAT GOOD. But several customers had written glowing praises of Marianne, and as with most business decisions here at Quinn, we listen to our customers. We could not be prouder of Marianne and this honor.”
