Hanover, PA – Another year of growth for its 25th Anniversary Year has prompted the hiring of two new pros for Quinn – one of the industry’s largest full color fabric printers – strengthening muscle in the Super Hero departments of Customer Care and Finance.
Wendy Hagerman, a 25-year veteran of customer service excellence, joins the Quinn A+ ranked service team as a Communicator, one of the key roles that has evolved in the award-winning supplier’s Customer Care model. Known for her inviting smile which can be heard through the phone lines, Wendy hopes to fill the role as the customer’s ultimate service partner, either as Batman or Robin, because she always has their back.
Pat Ethem has flexed her super powers behind the scenes over a 30-year career as Bookkeeper, now filling that same role for Quinn’s expanding Finance department. Rave reviews from her former employers for her resourcefulness, eager-to-learn demeanor and team player work ethic make her a natural fit for the award-winning team who supports our distributor partners.
