CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, {October 16, 2019} – Erin Hill, Sales Support Manager at Raining Rose, has been named as one of PPB Magazine’s 2019 Service Superheroes, for exemplary performance and recognition in a sales support role.
Hill was one of 15 nationwide honored with the Service Superhero award for 2019. Individuals were selected from 74 applicants based on nominations from their peers, customers, vendors and coworkers. Nominators provided details about the employees’ experiences and abilities, but also shared specific examples about their superior service.
Hill brings more than six years of customer support experience to her team; from her previous role outside Raining Rose where she resolved billing and invoice issues, to her current role as the Sales Support Manager, Hill is known to others as someone “who gets stuff done.”
Hill manages the sales support team for the promotional sales department at Raining Rose, which includes both sales assistants and graphic designers. Hill also serves as a project manager and oversees the new product development process.
Hill will be featured in the December issue of PPB Magazine; a publication produced by PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) Media, a premier media brand covering companies, people, ideas and information that impact the promotional products industry.
