Patriot Coolers has presented a $60,000 check to Homes for Our Troops Executive Director Bill Ivey and severely injured Veteran, Army SFC Henry Escobedo. With the donation, Patriot Coolers was newly designated as a HFOT Regional Partner. “We are excited to continue our sponsorship of Homes For Our Troops, now on a much larger scale [as a Regional Partner]”, stated Peter Hirsch.
The donation was funded by Patriot Coolers’ giveback program. Their model donates 20% of NET proceeds from cooler and drinkware sales to Homes For Our Troops. A large percentage of the donation will contribute to the construction of Army SFC Escobedo’s custom-adapted home in Pearland, Texas.

Homes For Our Troops is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Since it’s inception in 2004, HFOT has built 284 homes, with 85 projects currently underway.
