We would like to update you on our current response to the increasingly widespread challenge of the COVID-19 virus. We, like you, have felt the impact of this rapidly changing situation.
The health and safety of our employees, customers and community is our number one priority. With that said, our sales, customer service and manufacturing operations will remain open using safety measures prescribed by the World Health Organization. We have implemented numerous safety measures to protect our dedicated staff. None of our employees have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Should anyone be exposed or test positive, we have a work at home platform in place.
With over 40 years of experience as the industry’s oldest and most trusted food gift supplier, we have been witness to many of history’s greatest challenges. What has sustained us for over four decades is our commitment to our customers and each other.
The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented situation for us all, but we are continuing to do everything we can do to continue to serve you with the same innovative vision we had when we started this business over 40 years ago. As an FDA regulated company, you and your clients can rest assured the Maple Ridge products will meet the highest food safety requirements.
We extend our heartfelt support to anyone who has suffered as a result of this current situation and we share with you our belief that brighter days are to come.
