Innovation Line (Division of Innovation Group) is pleased to announce the promotion of David Kagel to President, and the hiring of Chris Hodge as Senior Vice President, Sales.
David Kagel started with Innovation Line in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this David served as President of Barlow Promotional Products, a division of Norwood Inc. and President of Perfect Promotional Products. David received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and his Master’s in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
David will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Innovation Line. According to David, “Everything we do as a Company is laser focused on improving our customers’ overall experience. This has really helped accelerate our growth as we strive to surpass $100 million in sales.” David will continue to report to Eddie Blau, Chief Executive Officer of the Innovation Group, who said, “David has been instrumental in elevating the overall performance of our business and I’m extremely pleased to recognize his accomplishments and talents as he is promoted to President of our rapidly growing Company, a role he richly deserves.”
Chris Hodge comes to Innovation Line with 25 years of experience working for major promotional products companies including Senior Vice President, Sales of Barlow Promotional Products, a division of Norwood Inc., President of Benchmark Industries, and President of CleggPromo. Chris is a graduate of Baylor University with an Entrepreneurship/Marketing degree.
At Innovation Line, Chris will engage in strategic plan development for our key distributor accounts, while focusing on expanding our inside and national sales forces. Chris stated, “I’m really excited to be joining a dynamic company like Innovation Line, a Company I’ve admired as they have consistently elevated their performance year after year.” Chris looks forward to joining efforts with Vice President of Sales Abraham Perlmuter.
