Braintree, MA, May, 2017 – Hub Pen Company and Beacon Promotions are proud to announce the addition of Susan Bousquet to their customer service team.  The Massachusetts native comes to Hub Pen with over 30 years customer service experience in the promotional products industry, growing along with the New England greeting card supplier she represented.
“They were great people to work for.  I loved getting to know the customers and even meet them face to face,” Susan was happy to say.  “Some of us became good friends.  I’m looking forward to building relationships with my customers at Hub as well. ”
Since she has joined Hub Pen earlier this year, she has learned a lot from her fellow team members, “Everyone was so helpful and willing to share their knowledge.”
Susan spends her summers camping on Cape Cod and enjoys taking trips to Virginia and North Carolina to visit her daughter and 6 year old grandson.  She is also an avid member of Red Sox Nation.
