Braintree, Massachusetts, HUB Promotional Group’s HUB Pen Company is pleased to announce the addition of Shannon Fitzgerald to their award winning customer service team. Shannon came to HUB Pen last year with ten years of experience serving customers: She started working at her family’s restaurant before she was thirteen and went on to work with customers in the retail and wholesale environments for another five years. She came to HUB Pen in November of 2018 and quickly became an integral team player, supporting customer service whenever and wherever needed, working with customers and their orders.
“I love it here at HUB. I’ve learned a lot along the way and look forward to learning more,” says Shannon. “The customers are great here and I want to help everyone to the best of my abilities.”
When not at HUB, the Brockton native tries to further her skills by studying accounting at a local college. She enjoys reading mystery novels and going to ball games with her boyfriend and his son.
“We are very fortunate to have Shannon on our team,” says Customer Service Manager Chris Ford. “She came to us with a strong service background and truly enjoys working with our customers.”
