Goldstar Expands Team to Meet Growing Market Needs and Better Serve Customers

He continued that it is with this mindset that Goldstar is pleased to announce its recent employee promotions and new hires to better align our sales and service structure to our customer needs.

Tina Morrow, a 16-year Goldstar employee, has held various roles in Inside Sales and Customer Care, including Customer Care Manager, and was recently promoted to Inside Sales Manager. “I like to tell customers to ‘send me your artwork and let me help bring it to life with our virtual demos,’ ”said Morrow. “It’s been extremely rewarding to be a part of our customers’ success.”

Victoria Schmitz has worked in Goldstar Customer Care and Inside Sales, and was recently promoted to West Regional Sales Manager. “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed establishing customer relationships across the U.S. and Canada, working with customers to find the right promotional products for their specific needs,” said Schmitz. “And I absolutely love being part of the Goldstar team!”

Megan Price was recently promoted to Customer Care Manager, after working as an Account Coordinator with Goldstar, and previously with National Pen. She brings more than 14 years of industry experience, mentoring new staff on customer needs and industry insights. “I love working with all of the great people at Goldstar and being part of a team that’s dedicated to helping our customers succeed,” said Price.

All three ladies bring extensive knowledge and experience in the promotional products industry, and a shared commitment to their customers.
