Before that he was as a Finance Advisor for the University of Phoenix for 5 years, where he managed students’ accounts; helping them with their financial aid, student loans and grants. “Our Software Support Specialist postions are hard to fill, because of the delicate balance needed between being technical and customer centric. However, Alex’s diverse background in both customer service and technical support is the exact mix we need for the expansion of the department,” says Tiffany Tarr, Vice President of Sales.
