Vice President of Operations Mike Irvine has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Irvine will be in charge of implementing the company’s growth strategy and integrating improvements to the company in technology, operations, and personnel.
Customer Service Manager Kari Hurtis has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Hurtis will be in charge of the operations departments, where she will promote guidance and growth in day-to-day operations.
Customer Service Specialist Jake Calleja has been promoted to Customer Service Manager. Calleja will be responsible for managing the customer service department and maintain the level of excellence Crystal D customers have come to expect from the team.
