Dear Valued Customer,
It was announced March 16th, 2020, by the Alameda County Health Officer that six California counties have been put under “shelter in place” restrictions which includes the closure of all “non-essential” businesses. Unfortunately, Alpi is located in one of those 6 counties. This directive requires us to limit production activity at our facility. Currently, the date to resume full service operations is April 8, 2020. During this period we are still accepting orders, but will not be able to print or ship until the directive is lifted.
While our phones will not be answered, we will be available through email and online chat (www.alpi.net) during our normal business hours.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding in-house orders, future projects, custom quotes, etc. by email at email@example.com.
Any changes and updates to the directive will be communicated immediately. Of course we are sorry to make this announcement, and regret any negative impact it may cause you, our valued customers. We will do our best to limit any damage caused by this situation.
Keep washing your hands, stay safe and stay healthy.
