The Pro Towels Family of Brands wanted to update our dedicated and patient customers on our current status with our computer issues. Thanks to our dedicated and diligent team, we are at a much better status today. We are back to processing new orders, as well as creating the film needed in order to decorate them. With new orders coming in, production times are back to normal. We are trying to hold all of our prior commitments on orders and doing all we can to meet any quickly upcoming ones as well. All of our customer service staff’s computers have been restored and ready to help with any questions or issues our customers may have on this issue or previous orders. We want to thank you for your continued support and patience during this unusual issue.
