Fredericktown, MO, April 1, 2019 – Cap America, Inc. awards Gerald Pinkley the role of Market Development Manager. Pinkley will be tasked with the duties of managing sales activities as well as identifying the needs of and marketing to both new and existing customers.
Pinkley is stepping in to fill a vital role for the expanding company and brings a wealth of knowledge from 27 years in the retail operations field. He will report to the company President and COO, Mark Gammon. Gammon states, “Gerald is a great addition to the Cap America team. His years of experience, successful projects, and strong relationships make him the ideal fit for our plans to continue forging strong partnerships.”
Gerald, who earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, has previous experience implementing and coordinating corporate merchandising and has been recognized for leading improvements among personnel teams.
