We’ve been having a great show at the PPAI Expo this week. It was great to put so many faces to names at the Power User’s Social on Tuesday as well as talking to so many of you distributors and suppliers in our booth and on the show floor during yesterday’s opening day of the expo. We’ve had numerous discussions about the exciting new features that we’ve launched over the past few months and received some great feedback that will lead to even more exciting new features to help you conduct business.

The DistributorCentral team is back from Las Vegas where we had an incredibly successful week at the 2008 Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) Expo. It was great to meet so many distributors and suppliers who are using our tools to streamline their business processes. It was also wonderful to put a face to all of you out there with whom we spend most of our time conversing by phone or email.
The team spent the week talking to distributors and helping them learn how to leverage DistributorCentral’s suite of online tools, teaching continuing education classes related to business and technology, participating in committee meetings with industry technology leaders, and meeting with suppliers to help them get their product lines up and running on our online catalog or migrate their order processing functionality onto the DistributorCentral platform.
As always PPAI put on top-notch show, complete with a wide array of educational courses, mixers, mentoring events, a great awards banquet where we had the pleasure of seeing a large number of DistributorCentral customers win major awards, a private concert with American Music Award-winning Daughtry, and an incredible expo with dozens of miles of incredible products from industry suppliers.
The Expo provided, as it does each year, a glimpse of industry trends, a peek at what our competitors are doing, and allows us to get face to face with our users to gauge where we need to go as we move forward as the Industry’s most-used online business tool. Thanks to all of you who stopped by our booth last week and thanks to everyone for helping spread the word about DistributorCentral!
