We are pleased to announce that for orders received on Monday, 18-SEP, we will be reinstating 24 Hour Service for all product categories with the exception of writing instruments, lighters and ceramic drinkware.  These categories, which are produced or decorated out of our Florida facilities, will continue to have extended standard lead times by 3 additional days (24 hour service not available). We anticipate to be back to normal lead times, including 24 HR Service, for these categories by the middle of next week and will inform you as soon as that is certain.

Thank you again for your continued support and well wishes as our teams continue to work on getting everything back to normal.

Update from Bullet – Hurricane Irma

bulletTo Our Valued Distributors,

Our team in Miami has been working tirelessly to inspect and clear our facility for re-opening, however we are still without power and internet service. Florida Power & Light is unable to provide updates to individual customers on the timeframe for restoration of power.

As a result, we do not expect to be able to resume production or shipping services in Miami through the balance of this week. We are, however, working to get customer service teams operational in alternate locations in order to begin working through order communications and processing.

We apologize for the continued disruption in service and assure you that we are working diligently to be fully operational as soon as possible.

Thank you,
The PCNA and Bullet Teams

Hub Pen Recognizes Multi-Line Reps Tim and Pete Rosica

Hub Pens

Braintree, MA, August, 2017 –  Brothers Tim Rosica of Rosica Marketing and Pete Rosica of Rosica Promotions joined Hub Pen’s team of multi-line representatives last spring representing  the company in the mid-Atlantic states of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. Both brothers have volunteered for the VAPPA (Virginia Promotional Products Association) and CPPA associations.

Tim Rosica

Tim Rosica

Tim has been a multiline rep in the promotional products industry for 21 plus years and started Rosica Marketing over 10 years ago.   He was named one of PPB’s Best Multi-Line Reps of 2016 as well as CPPA’s (Chesapeake Promotional Products Association) Multi-line Rep of the Year for both 2015 and 2016.  Stephanie Petrella of Remline in Newark, Delaware said, “Remline loves Tim Rosica, simply put!  Then add to it the best pen supplier in the industry: You can’t go wrong with Tim and Hub.”

Pete Rosica

Pete Rosica

Pete Rosica – 16 years in the industry – has received several Multi Line Rep of the year awards, most recently for the regional associations CPPA and SAAGNY.  The Dutton Team at Summit Marketing (Silver Springs) had this to say about Pete:  “He has always been one of the best salespeople we work with and we have worked with him for many years.  A lot of people can sell, but not everyone can take a challenge and work it through to a good solution.  Pete is always ready to help out with spec samples, virtual proofs and other innovative ways to increase sales with our clients, and his help has been an integral part of our success in increasing our business over the years”

Since Hub Pen teamed with Beacon Promotion earlier this year the brothers have heard nothing but good things about the New Ulm Minnesota promotional powerhouse.  “Beacon has been prompt and thorough when it comes to responding to a customer’s needs.  That helps a rep out in the field tremendously knowing we have that kind of support,” Tim said. “Together with Hub Pen, Beacon gives us an outstanding mix of products to show to our clients and we couldn’t be happier repping these two great companies!”

Bullet Facility in Miami Closing Early on Friday

To Our Valued Distributors,

Due to the extreme weather expected from the landfall of Hurricane Irma this weekend, freight carriers have already suspended pickups and deliveries after 5pm today and the Bullet facility near Miami, FL will be closing at noon on Friday, September 8. We have been working diligently this week to minimize the impact of the impending storm on our service and processing of your orders, while at the same time accommodating the needs of our employees as they purchase supplies, prepare their homes for the storm, and in some cases evacuate their homes altogether. The storm’s forces are expected to impact our immediate area through the beginning of next week, so Bullet will remain closed through Monday, September 11.

It is our hope is that the area will be safe and that transportation services will be operational, allowing us to re-open on Tuesday, September 12. However, safety is our number one priority and we will resume operations as soon as the storm has passed and it is safe to return. Ongoing updates on the operations of the Bullet facility will be shared on our website at

This storm has no impact on the other PCNA lines of business, and Leed’s, Trimark and JournalBooks continue to operate uninterrupted.

We are very appreciative of the support that our customer base has shown this week as we prepare for Irma’s arrival. We are eager to return next week to fulfill your orders.

Thank you,
The PCNA and Bullet Teams

I just don’t want these small towns to be forgotten. There’s got to be more sunshine and hope.”

  • Backpacks
  • School supplies like notebooks, crayons etc.
