Broder Bros., Co. (UPIC: BRODER) in Trevose, Pennsylvania, has acquired Imprints Wholesale of Denver, Colorado (UPIC: IMPRI728).
Founded in 1987, Imprints Wholesale provides wholesale apparel and accessories to the industry through its warehouses in Denver; Las Vegas, Nevada; Lenexa, Kansas; Kent, Washington; and Verona, Wisconsin.
Scott Lynes, founder and CEO of Imprints Wholesale, will continue in the combined business as president, Western region. He says: “Imprints is very excited about joining the Broder Bros. team.
