We’ve added a Featured Product block to the website editor area.
To use this:
- Edit your website
- Select Add/Edit Webpages
- The Edit the page that you would like to feature products
- Once here, select the Featured Product – Choose Product tool from the content drop-down area, then simply do a search to find the product you’d like to feature on your website, choose either “small, medium or large for the image size, and you can check whether you would like to have the product display a description and/or pricing. You can add multiple featured product blocks to a web page to quickly highlight specific products to your customers.
You can periodically change the products to keep your content fresh, or you can use the Random Product tool which will change the featured product each time that the visitor views your site.
This will feature the product(s) on your website, where your customers can then click on them to review the details or to even place an order. Click here to see an example of a website that is using the featured product tool.
Added bonus: search engines can pick up on the product detail information to help boost your page ranking.
